JustWatch says that a title is available on Kanopy, but I can't find it through my Kanopy account — why?

Providers like Kanopy and Hoopla work in tandem with your local library to decide what content is available, and the details for each individual library are not available to us. Thus, we show everything Kanopy and Hoopla have to offer, but your local library may not support it. We are working on a way to more accurately show Kanopy and Hoopla in the future.
